This course includes:
• A one-on-one counseling session
• An eight-hour virtual class over three evenings
• Expert guidance on budgeting, credit, mortgages, inspections, insurance, and more


Completion meets HUD requirements for most first-time homebuyer assistance programs.


Note: A required 60-minute intake session must be completed at least two weeks before your selected class date.

We have a new AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associate serving at the Indian Family Health Clinic! Morgan’s project will support community and patient outreach at the clinic – including relevant COVID-19 vaccine information. Morgan is a recent graduate of Great Falls High School and will be attending Bellevue College on a softball scholarship to study Psychology in the fall.
