This course includes:
• A one-on-one counseling session
• An eight-hour virtual class over three evenings
• Expert guidance on budgeting, credit, mortgages, inspections, insurance, and more
Completion meets HUD requirements for most first-time homebuyer assistance programs.
Note: A required HUD approved intake session with an RDI housing counselor must be completed to earn the certification.
Completed an online homebuyer education course and need your certificate of completion?
If you completed an online Homebuyer Education course through eHome America or Framework, a one on one intake appointment is required to receive your Certificate of Completion.
Your intake meeting may be completed in person depending on location, virtually, or by phone after your course is finished.
