Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
RDI offers foreclosure prevention counseling to anyone struggling to pay their mortgage payments or keep their home. There may be financial support available to qualifying homeowners. If you are behind on your mortgage payments, RDI counselors can help you avoid foreclosure or help mitigate the impacts of foreclosure.
Reverse Mortgage Counseling
A reverse mortgage is a loan available to homeowners that allows them to convert part of the equity in their homes into cash. A reverse mortgage loan can also be used if you decide to sell your home. RDI is not a reverse mortgage lender, but does offer the required third-party counseling.
HomeBuyer Education
Homebuyer Education classes offer practical guidance on every step of the homebuying process, featuring insights from professionals including realtors, lenders, and home inspectors. The class is open to anyone preparing to purchase a home. For those who prefer individualized support, we also provide free one-on-one pre-purchase planning sessions.
